The company has rich cultural heritage, formed a unique traditional culture, and established a value system that conforms to the modern management of the enterprise, namely, the "national titanium values and guidelines". It includes five core values (corporate mission, corporate vision, corporate purpose, corporate spirit, corporate style), six social responsibilities (operating responsibility, employee responsibility, ecological responsibility, conservation responsibility, anti-corruption responsibility and social responsibility) and three general principles (operating general principles, management general principles, personnel general principles).
