On October 24, 2023, Shi Yugang, Deputy Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, and his delegation visited Yunnan Guotai. Shi Yugang and his delegation visited the company's exhibition hall and rotor grade sponge titanium cutting workshop, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's production and operation status, as well as the unique advantages of rotor grade sponge titanium products. Among them, the 30000 ton rotor grade sponge titanium intelligent manufacturing project has attracted much attention and has been included in the major industrial investment projects of Yunnan Province's 14th Five Year Plan "Double Hundred Project" and Yunnan Province's "Four Hundred" key construction projects.

After understanding the progress of the company's projects and the "14th Five Year Plan", Shi Yugang highly praised the company's production technology, scale expansion, achievements, and contributions to the high-quality development of Yunnan's economy.
