By coordinating the upstream and downstream, rationally organizing the production mode, and adjusting the number of electrolytic cells in operation according to the load, the power consumption can be further reduced.

He not only focuses on enhancing his own professional skills but also actively plays the role of "passing on, helping and guiding", assisting his colleagues around him to make progress together. I often share my work experience and learning insights with colleagues, patiently answer the problems they encounter at work, and have driven the improvement of the entire team's business level. Regularly organize team members to carry out business exchange and experience sharing activities, encouraging everyone to support and help each other in work and make progress together.
