On August 10, 2024, Yunnan National Titanium Metal Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "National Titanium lnc.") held a scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting on the "industrialization of aero-grade sponge titanium intelligent manufacturing" project. The experts attending the meeting are academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Sun Jun of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Jia Mingxing, Standing Committee member and Executive Vice president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Lei Rongqi, President of Titanium, Zirconium and hafnium Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Guo Junmei, Deputy Party secretary of Yunnan Precious Metals New Materials Holding Group Co., LTD., Professor Zhang Yingjie, former Party secretary of Kunming University of Science and Technology and doctoral supervisor The meeting was presided over by Jia Mingxing, Standing Committee member of the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and Executive Vice president, Chen Jianjian, Vice president of Research and Development of Longbai Group, chairman of National Titanium lnc. Shares, General manager Li Jianjun and relevant personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, General manager Li Jianjun introduced the magnesium ladle refining technology, miter crushing equipment, technology and polymer vanadium removal technology and intelligent production system integration developed by National Titanium lnc. Huang Haiguang, deputy general manager of National Titanium lnc. Shares, made a project report from seven aspects: project background and significance, domestic and foreign development status, project research and development process, innovation points, main technical indicators, achievements and intellectual property rights, economic and social benefits and promotion and application. The breakthrough process of production equipment research and development and key technology "jam neck" in the industrialization process of aero-grade sponge titanium intelligent manufacturing was introduced in detail. Experts unanimously affirmed the technical advancement, industry influence and better future development prospects of the construction of scientific and technological achievements of National Titanium lnc., and conducted inquiries and exchanges on technological innovation, quality control, energy saving and consumption reduction. And put forward pertinent suggestions for modification.

 Participating experts through listening to the results of the report and on-site visits and exchanges, a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of scientific and technological achievements, experts agreed that the overall technology of the "aviation grade titanium sponge intelligent manufacturing industrialization" project has reached the international advanced level, of which the polymer vanadium removal technology ranks in the international leading level.
