He said that the existing sponge titanium production capacity of National Titanium lnc. shares reached 80,000 tons/year, ranking first in the world, and was a unicorn enterprise, and formed a "titanium concentrate → high titanium slag → titanium tetrachloride → magnesium electrolysis → titanium sponge" the whole process industry chain. Sponge titanium production enterprises with "Type I" furnace and "inverted U" dual process technology rely on the two national and local joint engineering research centers of the titanium resource deep processing and vacuum metallurgy of the Yunnan National Titanium Branch Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, and constantly break through the key technologies of foreign countries in terms of technology, continue to upgrade technology and improve the quality of development.

In the enterprise technology center and the rotor-grade titanium sponge production line site, Mr. Li said that the rotor-grade titanium sponge production line has a high degree of automation, and the products have the advantages of low oxygen, low nitrogen, low density, zero defects, high consistency and stability, and can be used for processing aircraft engine rotor parts. Represents the highest quality of titanium sponge products, products have been exported to Japan, the United States, South Korea, Sweden, India and other countries.
