On September 3, 2024, Jin Yong, a member of the Yunnan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, convener of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference Federation of Trade Unions, and vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a research team of 11 people to visit the company for on-site inspection and exchange. Liang Wenlin, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chuxiong State People's Congress and Chairman of the State Federation of Trade Unions, Li Derong, Vice Chairman, Li Biming, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Lufeng City People's Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Li Weiping, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and others accompanied the delegation.

The research team visited the company's exhibition hall and rotor grade sponge titanium production line, and gained a detailed understanding of how the company actively builds a modern industrial system under the guidance of the provincial party committee's "3815" strategic development goals, as well as the important role of the trade union in serving enterprise development and promoting employee growth and development.
