From March 31st to April 2nd, 2025, Yunnan National Titanium successfully carried out the third phase of the grassroots management and reserve cadre training for the construction of a learning-oriented enterprise. This training aims to further enhance the comprehensive quality of the grassroots management team, strengthen the ability of team building, and forge a management team that is proficient in business, strong in ability and tough in style for the high-quality development of the company. A total of 30 grassroots managers and reserve cadres from various production workshops and departments participated in this training.

This training camp centers on the theme of "Efficient Team Building and Lean Production", and adopts the form of "theoretical lectures + case analysis + interactive discussions". The course content covers the entire process of team management. The training specially invited Mr. Wei Junchao from Jingzhi Huaqi Industrial Engineering Service Co., Ltd. to give lectures. Through real case analysis, group scenario simulation, and on-site Q&A sessions, the trainees deepened their understanding through interaction and exchanged ideas in discussions. The trainees all expressed that the course content was "down-to-earth and easy to transform", providing practical tools and methods for addressing the pain points in daily management.

At the training summary meeting, the company's leaders affirmed the active participation of the trainees and emphasized: "Grassroots managers are the 'last mile' for the implementation of the company's strategy. We should take this training as a starting point, apply the knowledge learned in the three days to daily management, drive the continuous improvement of all team members, and contribute to the company's quality improvement and efficiency enhancement." Subsequently, the Human Resources and Administration Department will follow up on the transformation of training results and ensure that what has been learned can be applied through practical assessment.
